Return Policy

We care about our customers and provides a friendly Refund and Exchange Policy. So that our customers feel secure while shopping at W11 STOP.  Following are the policies which will be applied for return and exchange of the ordered products.

    1. Please contact us at info@w11stop.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.
    2. All returns/exchanges must include any accessories, documentation etc that was originally shipped along with the product.
    3. Returns/Exchanges may take upto two weeks to process, not including shipping duration.
    4. In case of a wrong delivery, do not to open or use the item. All the items will be exchanged accordingly.
    5. You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping to the customer.
    6. Only regular priced item are refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
    7. In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the product as needed. If  W11 STOP determines that repair or replacment of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund.
    8. Be sure to inspect your product once you recieve it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to W11 STOP within 3 days of receipt of the product. Email us at info@W11 STOP with a description of your damage and include pictures as well. The information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
    9. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange as per your wish within certain amount of days. 
    10. Refund/Exchange should be claimed within 3 days after receiving order.
    11. If the local store pickup service is used, refund and exchange is to be claimed within store.
    12. All the products are tested by our engineering team and if items are returned, refund and exchange will be done after testing of the items.
    Refund and Exchange claim can be made by Email or by signing into account. If claim is made through email, please mention the Order ID, product details and reason for return. If claim is made through W11 STOP account, following are the steps to be followed
    • select 'Order History'
    • View your Order against your Order ID
    • Select the Red Button with Arrow on it for return.
    • Fill up the form of return.
    • Select 'Complete'


    Status of Refund/Exchange order can be tracked by selecting 'View Your Return Request' while signed into W11 STOP account.
